Our goal is take those and fit the with the most suitable opportunity available, using our specialist local knowledge. Once the investment has been identified and agreed, there is a 10 step process.

1. Open your free Moneycorp US dollar currency account.
2. Place your fully refundable reservation fee.
3. Arrange your inspection visit asap.
4. On arrival, open your US bank account
5. After inspection, if still happy , sign contract.
6. Arrange deposit ( 20% - 25% ) of purchase price.
7. Apply for US mortgage.
8. Apply for US tax identity number
9. Pre closing, wire final monies to your US account.
10. At closing, sign all documents, present settlement monies.
